摘要
运用EXCEL的数据分析工具对蒸汽产量与能耗量进行线性回归分析,据此计算出与给定耗气量相对应的锅炉热负荷(即蒸汽产量)应取值的区间。通过对锅炉热负荷(即蒸汽产量)取值区间的预测,达到控制锅炉能耗,及时发现异常,降低生产成本之目的。
Forecasting steam output and controling energy consumption using linear regression analysis by Excel data analysis,to work out the value interval of the given steam cost and corresponding steam output of boiler.It＇s useful to control energy consumption of boiler,find out abnormal timely,reduce production cost by this value interval.
