摘要
现行高校学生资助体系存在资助的经济性偏向、价值性流失、执行性乏力等问题，应着手从四个方面加以完善：建构科学的认定体系、立体化的资助体系、动态的监控体系、后续的教育评价引导体系，推进资助体系的可持续发展。
Current financial support system for college students needs to be improved to correct problems such as economic deviation, value drain and executive weakness. What must be done is to build a scientific determination system, a three--dimensional assistance system, a dinamic supervision system and a susequent evaluation and guidance system. Sustainable development of assistance system also requires cooperation between the government and the school.
