摘要
建筑产品包装不应只界定为狭义的建筑装修,而应贯穿于建筑的全生命周期之中。减碳集成技术体系主要包括:建筑产品前期决策和勘测设计、建造施工、使用和运营、拆除等阶段的减碳技术、建筑能耗与碳排放分析及建筑能源管理技术。在建筑产品的生命周期内,建筑材料和建筑运行中排放的二氧化碳最多,建筑材料减碳技术包括水泥,绿色高性能混凝土,新型墙体材料,节能门窗,新型玻璃,屋面、地面、楼板及楼梯间隔墙等的节能技术;建筑运行减碳技术主要有建筑供热制冷系统和建筑设备节能、建筑照明节能、可再生能源在建筑中的应用、合理利用自然环境等技术。
Architecture product packaging should not be defined as architectural decoration and finishing in a limited sense, but rather throughout the life cycle of architecture. The Integrate carbon reduction technology system mainly consists of the analysis of building energy consumption and carbon emissions, energy management of building in carbon reduction at the stage of upfront decision and building survey and design, at the building construction stage, at the building operational phase and the building demolition stage respectively. Within life cycle of architecture, the emission of carbon dioxide is maximum and originates from building materials and building operating. Carbon reduction technology in builidng materials includes cement, high-performance green concrete, new wall body material, energy saving doors and window, new glass, energy conservation technology in roof, ground, floor and interval wall of stairs. The carbon reduction technology of building operating mainly embodies in heating and cooling system, energy-saving in building equipments, energy conservation in building lighting, the application of renewable energy in building, and the reasonable application of of natural environment technology.
