摘要
研究了甜椒组培育苗技术,结果表明MS+BA0.6mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L配方接种,甜椒不定芽增殖系数达6.0,并且芽生长健壮;1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L配方的生根效果最好,15d生根率达71.9%,20d后生根率达100%,根系生长发达。
This study was conducted to grow sweet pepper seedling through tissue culture, the results showed that the adventitious bud multiplication coefficient through the MS ＋ BA 0.6 mg/L ＋ IAA 0.1 mg/L vaccination reached 6, and the shoots vigorous; and the 1/2 MS ＋ NAA 0.1mg/L rooting effect was good, the rooting rate was 71.9% in 15 d and 100% in 20 d, and the root grew thick and long.
