改性纸色谱法对不锈钢酸洗废液中金属离子的检测 被引量:1

摘要 采用壳聚糖醋酸溶液为固定相的纸色谱法分离不锈钢酸洗废液中的金属离子.经实验结果表明:展开剂的配比V(丙酮)∶V(盐酸)∶V(水)=33∶3∶4时分离Fe3+,Cu2+,Fe2+,Cr3+,Ni2+的5种金属离子的效果最佳,分离晾干后显色剂采用质量分数为0.40%的二硫代乙二酰胺乙醇溶液较为合适.用此方法来鉴定304HC和1Cr13不锈钢酸洗废液中的金属离子,所得结论:前者的废液中含有Fe2+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Cr3+;后者的废液中含有Fe2+,Fe3+,Cr3+. To feature the isolation of metal ions in stainless steel acid cleansing solutions using paper chromatography with Chitosan acetic acid solution as the stationary phase.The experiment results showed that,in order to maximize the isolation of Fe3+,Cu2+,Fe2+,Cr3+,Ni2+,the developing agent solution shall have 33 parts of acetone,3 parts of HCl and 4 parts of water.After isolation and drying processes,the ethanol solution of dithiooxamide shall have a concentration of 0.40%.We used this method to isolate the metal ions in the 304HC and 1Cr13 stainless steel acid cleansing solutions,with the conclusion that in the former type of liquid waste contains Fe2+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Cr3+ while the latter Fe2+,Fe3+,Cr3+.
