摘要
"考公务员"已成为时尚话题,也是大学生走向社会面临如何择业时需要思考的重要问题。基于对抽样调查的结果分析,得出以下结论:(1)公务员考试受到广泛关注,许多大学生为此作了充分准备;(2)公务员"热"的是福利待遇和职业稳定,就业压力是报考公务员最主要原因之一;(3)"公务员热"得到认可和理解,大学生报考公务员时首选行政机关。以上启示我们,要使"公务员热"得以降温:建立分级分类考录公务员制度,完善公务员内部流动机制;正确认识公务员考试,鼓励应届高校毕业生到基层机关锻炼;增强大学生综合素质,引导大学生理性对待公务员考试。
Civil servant exam enrollment has become a heated topic, and it is also a consideration for undergraduates in their career choice. Based on the sample survey, the following conclusions can be drawn. Civil servant examinations are highly anticipated, and many university students have made adequate preparations ; sound welfare and job stability are the main reason for their taking part in civil servant examinations ; the employment pressure is also one of major factors. The civil servant craze has been accepted and recognized, and administrative institution is the top choice for students. The paper proposes some ways to cool the civil servant craze ： to establish an exam system with hierarchical classification and perfect the internal flow mechanism of public servants; encourage college graduates to take a right attitude toward the civil servant examination, and go to grass-root institutions; to enhance the overall quality of students, and guide students to a rational treatment of the public servant examination.
