摘要
以山西平朔煤矸石电厂4号机组为例,分析了其控制系统的软硬件配置,探讨了西门子SPPA-T3000控制系统在机组运行过程中存在的死机问题,研究了系统通讯负荷率高导致系统死机的原因,提出了降低控制系统通讯负荷率的优化方法。
Take No.4 unit of Pingshuo gangue power plant as an example,this article introduces the DCS configuration about software and hardware,analyses the breakdown problem of SIEMENS SPPA-T-3000 control system in operation of power unit.Besides,the reason of the heavy communication load rate which results in the breakdown problem is studied,and solutions are put forward correspondingly.
