摘要
目的研究牛奶中强化磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)对人的记忆力改善作用。方法将50%纯度的PS原料以0.08%的比例添加入纯鲜牛奶,经超高温(UHT)灭菌奶工艺制作为"PS奶",将120名17~18岁中学生随机分为干预组和对照组,采用双盲法,前者每日服用PS奶250mL,后者服用未添加PS的纯牛奶,试验期40d。试验前后对受试者进行记忆力评分,评分方式采用临床记忆量表标准方法,分量表包括指向记忆、联想学习、图像自由回忆、无意义图形再认、人像特点联系回忆。结果对照组服用前后各分量表得分和总分差异均无统计学意义,而PS干预组试验后各分量表得分和总分比试验前有显著性提高(P<0.05),同时,试验结束后PS干预组的各分量表得分及总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论试验证明PS奶对学生记忆力有显著的改善和提高作用。
Objective To research whether phosphatidylserine (PS) fortified milk may have beneficial effects on memory of hu- man being. Methods 120 students at the age of 17--18 were randomized to receive either 250 mL PS-milk which was added with 50% of PB to 0.08%(100 mg PS) and placebo(250 mL milk) for 40 days. Memory assessed by clinical memory scale with comput- erized multimedia method(CM) before and after consumption of milk. Results There was no significant changement(P〉0.05)of MQ(memory quotation) and CM in placebo group before and after treatment. But there was significant improvement of MQ and CM in PS-milk group before and after treatment. After treatment, MQ(memory quotation) and can was significantly improved in the PS- milk group compared to the placebo group(P〈0.05). Conclusion This study indicates that PS-milk treatment may improve cogni- tive performance in high school students.
