摘要
根据集装箱正面吊运机吊具平衡系统的工作特点和运动学要求,搭建其机械和液压模型,利用AMESim动态仿真软件对吊具装卸作业的运动过程进行仿真比较,优化系统相关参数,从而得到最佳方案。
According to the spreader balance system's working characteristic and kinematics demand of container front carrier, this paper sets up a mechanical and hydraulic model, uses the AMESim dynamic simulation software to simulate and analyze the kinematics process when the spreader is working, and optimizes the system parameters, thus the optimal plan is obtained.
