含硅氧交联网聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯双极膜在电还原丙烯腈中的应用

摘要 利用两室型聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)双极膜电渗析法将丙烯腈还原制备丙烯胺,探讨操作电压,丙烯腈质量浓度,pH值,反应温度等工艺参数对转化过程的影响.实验结果表明,以石墨电极为阳极,铅为阴极,阴极液pH=3,质量分数为2.3%的丙烯腈,质量分数为4%的磷酸二氢钠为支持电解质,体积分数为10%的硫酸溶液为阳极液,电流密度为10.5mA/cm2,25℃反应200min,丙烯胺的转化率为73.2%. Allylamine is recovered from acrylonitrile solutions using SBS hybrid bipolar membrane electrodialysis(BMED) with two compartments. Effects of operation voltage, initial concentration of aerylonitrile, pH range and reaction temperature were studied. The results showed that graphite was used as anode electrode and lead was used as the cathode eleetrode, the water solution of 2.3 % (by mass) acrylonitrile with pH=3 as cathodic electrolyte and the solution of 10% (by vol. ) sulfuric acid as anodic electrolyte, 4% (by mass) sodium dihydrogen phosphate as supporting electrolyte,at 25 ℃ during the current density was 10.5 mA/cm2 for 200 rain,the yield of allylamine in the cathode chamber was up to 73.2%.
