摘要 介绍了1种基于斯托克斯法测量原理设计的新型液体粘滞系数测量仪。仪器采用激光光电计时装置,提高了计时的准确性,计时结果自动存入单片机,断电存储数据不丢失。设计了小球沿轴线投放装置和小球吸拾器及引导装置,实现了同一直径的小球只需1粒就可多次重复测量,避免了油筒内小球堆积的现象。 A new instrument was developed for measuring viscosity coefficient based on Stokes measurement principle. A laser photoe lectric device was used for keeping time. By using the instrument, the accuracy of measuring time was improved and the single-chip computer saved the measurement results automatically. Those saved data would not be lost when the instrument is powered eft. A device for dropping the ball along the plumb axis and a guide arrangement were designed. It realized that only one ball with certain diame ter was needed for repeated measurement and the ball pile was avoided.
