稀释气体温度对麻醉蒸发器蒸发效果影响的计算分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究麻醉蒸发器工作原理,并对其结构进行实际测量。方法:运用CFD方法对不同稀释气体温度条件下,蒸发器内部气体流动与混合过程进行三维数值模拟分析,并采用湍流随机跟踪方法,对麻醉药物蒸发雾滴在蒸发器内的运动进行轨迹追踪,得到了稀释气体温度对蒸发器蒸发区域内麻醉药物挥发以及与稀释气体混合过程中浓度场变化的影响规律。结果:计算发现,稀释气体温度对麻醉蒸发器蒸发效果有较大影响。结论:温度适当提高,可以加快药物与稀释气体的混合过程,促使蒸发药物浓度的更加稳定。 Objective: To study the function theory of an anesthesia vaporizer and measure the geometry configuration. Methods: The effect of dilution air temperature on evaporation process in anesthesia vaporizer was simulated by using CFD method. According to stochastic particle tracking in turbulent flow, for the droplet of anaesthesia drug, the moving track of droplet in evaporation space was traced. By this way, the results of the concentration distribution of anaesthesia drug volatilization process and mixing process with gas were ascertained. Results: Numerical simulation results showed that the influence of dilution air temperature on anesthesia drug volatilization and mixing process between anesthesia drug vapor and dilution air was clear. Conclusion: Increasing air temperature suitably can improve the mixing process and the stability of anesthesia drug volatilization concentration is also improved.
