摘要
本文针对某烟草制丝车间设备故障停机时间长的现象,从管理的角度分析了导致设备停机的原因,分别从更换修理工设备维护模式、车间标准文件的修订、制定新的绩效考核办法等方面,对设备维护体系进行修正[1]。经过半年的调整、试用,新的维修管理体系建立后,设备故障停机时间得到显著下降,同时对提高制丝设备运行效率具有一定的指导意义。
The causes of mechanical breakdown in the primary workshop of some plant are analyzed in this paper; the mainte- nance system may be improved by revising standardized documents, changing the repair modes, formulating a new performance evaluation, etc. After half year of adjustment, the new maintenance system has been established, and accordingly, the me- chanical breakdown has been significantly decreased. The maintenance system has achieved its intended purpose of increasing the efficiency of the machinery.
