摘要
针对我国引进的氧化铝气态悬浮焙烧系统中输出成品氧化铝及外排烟气中热能回收利用、降低氧化铝生产热耗指标进行了测试分析,同时优化了对外排烟气热能利用系统设计夹套装置,达到节能降耗目的。
In terms of recycling heat energy for finished alumina and efflux flue gas in alumina gas suspension calcination system,determination and analysis on heat consumption index of alumina production are conducted,And also the design of jacketed-type exchanger for efflux flue gas heat utilization system is optimized to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
