摘要
观测不同海拔蒙古扁桃的开花生物学特性、开花物候、繁育系统及生殖株(丛)数量特征,探讨微生境变化对蒙古扁桃开花动态、生殖生态的影响.结果显示:不同海拔蒙古扁桃雄蕊长差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),单花生物量随海拔升高逐渐降低,两者呈负相关关系,相关系数R=-0.807,但相关不显著;生殖株(丛)数量在低海拔和高海拔偏低,中等海拔偏高,呈现"中间高度膨胀"现象,但不同海拔间的差异不显著;不同海拔蒙古扁桃的单花功能形态特征、单花花粉数、繁育系统无显著差异.这说明海拔对蒙古扁桃开花物候、雄蕊长、单花生物量、生殖株(丛)数量有一定影响,但对其单花功能形态特征、单花花粉数、繁育系统没有影响.
The flowering biology,flowering phenology,breeding system and quantitative characteristics of reproductive plant for Prunus mongolica at different altitudes were observed to study the changes of the florescent dynamics and the reproductive characteristics with the different micro-habitats.The results showed that there existed significant differences in the length of stamen at different altitude zone(P0.05).The biomass of single flower reduced with the elevation increased and was negtive correlation with altitude band(R=-0.807),but not significant.The number of reproductive plant was small at low and high altitude and big in the middle altitude,in "Mid-altitude bulge",but no significant difference between different altitudes.The single flower functional morphological characteristics,the number of single flower pollen and breeding system of Prunus mongolica did not exist significant differences.So,flowering penology,the length of stamen,the single flower biomass and number of reproductive plant were influenced by altitude to some extent,but the single flower functional morphological characteristics,the number of single flower pollen and breeding system did not change greatly as the altitude band did.
