摘要
介绍了缸梁一体式液压机不同于传统的三梁四柱式液压机的结构特点,它的优点为:取消了上横梁,压机质量减小,液压缸作用面积可以增大3~5倍,半球形液压缸在同样直径同样厚度的情况下较圆筒形液压缸耐压高一倍,因此,对于同样外轮廓的压力机能给出6~8倍的公称压力,特别适合于千吨以上压力机的制造与应用。本文列举了50MN至900MN的缸梁一体式压力机的相关尺寸,总结了该类液压机的可能应用范围。
The structural features of hydraulic press with integrated cylinder and beam(HPICB) was introduced compared to traditional three beam four pillars hydraulic press,whose advantages can be included as follows: the weight is evidently decreased because of abrogating upper beam,the area of hydraulic cylinder is enlarged 3-5 times,additionally,the semi-spherical cylinder can support two times pressure compare to the traditional cylinder with same diameter and wall thickness.So the capacity of the HPICB can be enlarged 6-8 times than the traditional press with same contour.The HPICB presents a new way for manufacturing large capacity press over 10 MN.The main size of semi-spherical cylinder for HPUCB from 50 MN to 900 MN was described.Finally,the possible application scope of HPUCB was summarized.
