摘要
采用理论分析和归纳法全面综述国内外学者关于圈地运动的发展动机、推进形式以及在中国的可行性的主要观点,借鉴国内外研究成果和观点,中国应审慎看待"圈地运动"。
By dint of theoretical analysis and summarization,the purpose,promotion form and feasibility in China of the enclosure movement by the scholars in China and abroad were expounded.With the achievements and opinions in China and abroad,the enclosure movement in China shall be carefully determined.
