摘要
[目的]研究微波辅助提取越橘果实花色苷的最佳工艺条件。[方法]对微波辅助提取法和常规提取法的效果进行比较,并通过L9(34)正交试验对微波辅助提取越橘果实花色苷的工艺条件进行优化。[结果]微波辅助提取的最佳条件为料液比1:5,微波前处理2 min,乙醇体积分数75%,浸提温度60℃。[结论]微波辅助提取工艺有利于越橘果实花色苷的提取,效果优于常规方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum microwave-assisted extraction technology of anthocyanins from fruits of Vaccinium uliginosum.[Method]Conventional extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were compared,and orthogonal L9(34)test design was adopted to optimize microwave-assisted extraction of anthocyanins from fruits of V.uliginosum.[Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows:solid-to-liquid ratio 1:5,microwave extraction time 2 min,75 % ethanol and extraction temperature 60 ℃.[Conclusion] The microwave-assisted extraction technology was helpful to the extraction of anthocyanins from the fruits of V.uliginosum and superior to the conventional method.
