阿奇霉素对支气管哮喘患儿外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞功能的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Azithromycin on Helper T Lymphocyte Function in Peripheral Blood of Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效及其对外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法 86例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,比较两组的疗效及临床症状、体征消失时间以及血清IFN-γ、IL-4和IFN-γ/IL-4比值的变化情况。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组1,且观察组的临床症状改善程度较对照组1更明显(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组1治疗后的IFN-γ均较治疗前明显升高,IL-4较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),IFN-γ/IL-4比值较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组1改善更明显(P<0.05),更接近健康对照组。结论阿奇霉素治疗支气管哮喘患儿疗效确切,明显改善患儿的临床症状、体征,考虑是其通过上调IFN-γ的表达,抑制炎症因子IL-4的表达,从而调节Th1/Th2细胞失衡而发挥抗炎及免疫调节作用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of azithromycin in treatment of children bronchial asthma and effect on helper T lymphocyte function in peripheral blood of children with bronchial asthma. Methods All 86 cases bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 43 cases in each. The efficacy and clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time, serum IFN-γ, IL-4 and IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio changes of two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group l and clinical symptoms degree of improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group 1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). IFN- γ of observation group and control group 1 after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, IL-4 was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), IFN- γ/IL-4 ratio was significantly higher than that before treatment (P 〈 0.05 ), and the observation group improved more significantly than in the control group 1 (P 〈 0.05 ) and was more closer to the healthy control group. Conclusion Azithromycin is effective in children with bronchial asthma, and significantly improves clinical symptoms and signs, considered by increasing expression of IFN- γ, inhibiting the inflammatory cytokines IL-4 expression, thereby regulating anti-inflammatory Thl/Th2 cell imbalance and exerting immune regulation.
