摘要
以能力为中心的高职教研团队建设,提出了"以教研项目为平台,跨院系人员参与,专兼职教师相结合的教研团队"模式,这样组合的教研团队,强化了教研工作的合作性,优化了教师能力的多元性,提升了教师发展的自觉性。
The ability of higher vocational teaching and research team built as center, proposes ＂teaching research as platform for the participation of cross-departments with the integration of fuU-time and part-time teachers team＂ , which strengthens the cooperation of teaching and research, and optimizes the diversity of teachers＇ ability, and enhances the self-motivation of teachers＇ development through such combination of teaching team.
