摘要
企业间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,员工的培训作为培养人才的一种重要手段,已成为企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中取胜的一项关键性工作。本文分析了目前企业员工培训中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的改进措施,以期能够为企业员工培训工作提供有益的帮助。
Nowadays,enterprise Staff Training has been growing into a key part deciding whether enterprise can achieve a triumph in violent market competition because competition among enterprises,in final,is talented person competition.In this paper,the major problems exiting in staff training of enterprise have been analyzed and corresponding improved measures have been presented in order to propose some beneficial suggestions for enterprise staff training.
