十二指肠空肠旁路术治疗2型糖尿病的文献综述 被引量:1

摘要 早期的研究发现合并有2型糖尿病(T2DM)的肥胖患者存接受减肥手术治疗后,体重显著减轻的同时血糖也快速恢复了正常,且大部分不再需要任何降糖药来维持。越来越多的研究和临床资料表明减肥手术能显著改善T2DM,甚至可完全脱离糖尿病药物;并且,这些患者血糖恢复到正常范围始现于手术后初期(〈1周),远远早于体重下降。
