摘要
介绍了一种星载L波段小型化T/R组件的研制,通过采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)、微组装技术、高集成度的驱放模块、高能电容和结构优化设计,成功实现了峰值功率超过100 W、重量低于600 g的航天T/R组件。该组件同时进行了微放电设计和稳定性设计,并在样件测试中取得良好效果。
A L-band small-sized space-borne T/R module is introduced in this paper. With the use of LTCC, micro-assembly packaging technology, high-integrated pre-amplifier module, high-energy capacitor and framework optimization, a T/R module with weight of less than 600 g and peak power of over 100 W is realized. The multipaction design and stabilization design are also involved in this T/R module, which effect is proved in the sample test.
