摘要
本文从商陆科植物商陆(Phytolacca acinosa Roxb)浆果中提取一种紫红水溶性色素,进行了敏化TiO2电极制备太阳能电池实验。结果表明:在紫外线强度134×100uw/cm2的模拟太阳光照射下,所制成的染料敏化电池可以产生0.13V的开路电压和0.007mA的短路电流;在紫外线强度90×100uw/cm2的太阳光照射下可以产生0.10V的开路电压和0.005mA的短路电流;未敏化电池空白实验仅产生0.02V的开路电压和0.002mA的短路电流,太阳光照射下敏化电池的电压较空白提高了5倍。
This paper reported the extraction of a purple water-soluble pigments from Phytolacca acinosa Roxb berries of the family Phytolaccaceae,which was used for sensitizing TiO2 electrodes and then preparing solar cells.The results showed that 0.10 V open voltage and 0.007 mA short-circuit current can be obtained for the DSCS when exposed to ultraviolet radiation with an intensity of 134×100uw/cm2 under simulant sunlight,while 0.10 V open voltage and 0.005 mA short-circuit current for the intensity of 90×100 uw/cm2.Comparing to the 0.02 V open voltage and 0.002 mA short-circuit current for unsensitized solars in blank test,voltages of the sensitized batteries increased 5 times in the sunlight.
