摘要
目的总结窦旁镰旁脑膜瘤的显微手术技巧与方法。方法回顾性分析79例窦旁镰旁脑膜瘤的临床资料。结果按Simpson切除标准，I级切除41例，Ⅱ级切除38例，无手术死亡。随访6个月-8年，5例复发。结论熟练的显微外科技能，上矢状窦及中央沟静脉的良好保护是提高全切率并减少并发症发生的关键。
Objective To investigate the operative techniqe for the parasagittal and falcine meningiomas. Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with parasagittal and falcine meningiomas, who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2002 to June 2010, were analyzed retrospective- ly. Results According to Simpson classification of glioma resection, of the 79 patients, 41 received grade I resection of the tumors and 38 grade II. There was no death. During the follow - up period from 6 months to 8 years, the tumor recurred in 5 cases. Conclusions The skillful microsurgical tech- nique, good protection of superior sagittal sinus and brain eloquent veins are the key to increase the rate of total removal of the tumors and to decrease the postoperative complications.
