摘要
目的研究当归Angelica sinensis的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相C-18硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱方法进行分离,利用理化性质及波谱数据分析,结合文献对照确定化合物结构。结果从当归的醋酸乙酯提取部位中分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别为洋川芎内酯G(1)、洋川芎内酯H(2)、洋川芎内酯I(3)、洋川芎内酯J(4)、(3Z,3′Z)-6,8′,7,3′-双藁苯内酯(5)、3R,8S-falcarindiol(6)、11S,16R-dihydroxyoctadeca-9Z,17-dien-12,14-diynoic-1-yl acetate(7)、4-(2-羟基-1-甲氧乙基)-苯酚(8)、4-(2-羟基-1-乙氧乙基)-苯酚(9)、5-乙酰氧甲基糠醛(10)、5-羟甲基糠醛(11)、brefeldin A(12)、香草醛(13)、对甲基苯酚(14)、阿魏酸(15)、阿魏醛(16)。结论化合物8~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6、7为首次从该种植物中获得,且首次报道了化合物1的碳谱数据。
Objective To study chemical constituents from EtOAc extract of Angelica sinensis.Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results Sixteen compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as senkyunolide G(1),senkyunolide H(2),senkyunolide I(3),senkyunolide J(4),(3Z,3′Z)-6,8′,7,3′-diligustilide(5),3R,8S-falcarindiol(6),11S,16R-dihydroxyoctadeca-9Z,17-dien-12,14-diynoic-1-yl acetate(7),4-(2-hydroxy-1-methoxyethyl) phenol(8),4-(2-hydroxy-1-ethoxyethyl)phenol(9),5-acetoxymethyl-furaldehyde(10),5-hydromethylfuraldehyde(11),brefeldin A(12),vanillin(13),4-methylphenol(14),ferulic acid(15),and ferulaldehyde(16).Conclusion Compounds 8—10 are firstly obtained from the plants of Angelica L.,and compounds 6 and 7 are isolated from A.sinensis for the first time.Furthermore,the assignments of 13C-NMR data of compound 1 are reported in this paper for the first time.
