摘要
针对汽轮机在启停以及变负荷运行等非稳定工况时,主要部件温度梯度较大,导致机组寿命损耗。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过对汽轮机调节级温度场进行仿真,为其他各级进行建模仿真以及整个汽轮机转子的温度分布和热应力分析提供了理论基础,并为机组的启动优化提供了参考。
Aiming at the characteristics of steam turbine start-up and shut-down and varying load condition course,the biggish temperature grads of main components will be produced and the unit's life loss will be also increased.The theory of finite element was used in this paper to simulate the temperature fields of governing stage for steam turbine,so that both the theoretical basis for modeling on each unit of the steam turbine and rotor's temperature field were provided,the thermal stress analysis was carried out and the reference for optimization of turbine start-up was also provided.
