摘要
简要评述国外短行程铝挤压和发展过程,我国(主要是太原重型机械集团)在短行程挤压机方面的研发现状,以及已向市场提供30多台单/双动、正/反向短行程铝挤压机的成果。较全面地论述了太原重型机械集团公司研发的前上料短行程铝挤压机的先进性,尤其是在使用中的节能降耗效果。探讨了铝材挤压生产中的节能途径,除了选择诸如短行程挤压机这样的先进装备之外,还要选择合理的工艺参数,正确选择挤压工艺技术如反向挤压技术,采用铝材挤压的短生产工艺流程,等等。指出高智能化的重型挤压设备与铝材挤压工艺开发的必要性。
The short stroke aluminum extrusion and development course abroad were briefly discussed.The development of short stroke aluminum extrusion press at home is mainly going on at Taiyuan heavy machinery group.This group has supplied more than 30 units of extrusion presses with single action /double-action and forward/ backward short stroke for the domestic market.The advancement of forward feeding and short stroke extrusion press developed by Taiyuan heavy machinery group has been discussed as well.Energy saving for aluminum extrusion production has been considered.The reasonable process parameters,excellent extrusion equipment and extrusion technology have been investigated for decreasing energy consumption.That is why the short stroke extrusion press has been recommended.The article point out that to develop high intelligent heavy extrusion equipment and aluminum extrusion technology is the trend of future development.
