摘要
以回收利用攀钢钒钛磁铁矿表外矿中的钛资源为出发点,将表外矿与表内矿的矿石性质进行了对比,并综合分析了表外矿的选钛试验情况。结果表明:表外矿中的钛铁矿矿物含量与表内矿相当,且表外矿的选钛性能较好,无论是实验室试验还是工业试验都可以获得TiO2含量在47%以上的高品质钛精矿,因此这些表外矿具有较高的利用价值。
Taking the recovery of titanium from the sub-marginal ore in Panzhihua V-Ti magnetite mine as a goal,the property of the sub-marginal ore and the economical minerals were compared,and the beneficiation experiments about recovering titanium from sub-marginal ore was analyzed.It showed that the titanium iron ore content in sub-marginal ore is similar to that in economical minerals,and further,the beneficiation recovery performance of titanium from sub-marginal ore is good.No matter what the lab tests and the industrial tests are,high grade of titanium concentrate with the TiO2 content of over 47% can be obtained.Therefore,these sub-marginal ores own a high value in use.
