摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司Ⅱ套2 Mt/a延迟焦化装置扩能改造后负荷率逐年降低的问题,从原料劣质化后加热炉炉管结焦趋势上升、原料换热终温降低后加热炉辐射强度增加、内表面粗糙度大的炉管更容易结焦等方面着手分析了影响装置负荷提升的主要瓶颈,提出了优化原料组合、适当控制劣质原料掺炼比例、优化分馏塔侧线换热流程、提高原料换热终温和优化加热炉运行方式等措施,装置负荷率提高了10%,缓解了公司原油加工量提高和原油劣质化后重油平衡困难的矛盾。
To solve the problems of decreased operating capacity of the No.2 2.0 MM TPY delayed coker in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the main bottlenecks which affected increasing the unit's operating capacity were studied in respect of the increased coking tendency of furnace tubes due to poor feed oil quality and deterioration of coking as a result of increased furnace radiation and higher internal surface roughness after reduction of feed exchange end temperature.After optimization of feed oil combination,appropriate control of percentage of low quality oil in feed oil,improvement of heat exchange process of fractionator side draws,raising of feed exchange end temperature and optimization of furnace operation,etc,the operating capacity of the unit is increased by 10%,which solve the problems in heavy processing oil at a higher capacity.
