摘要
3年来，无锡市人民医院为了实现医院跨越式发展，创新性地引入企业项目化管理的方法，将医院主要技术归类为四项技术即“院控技术、标志性技术、一科二技、适宜技术”作为医院先进性技术并开展进行了项目化管理的实践探索。每年通过项目化组织管理流程模式，职能部门组织，临床科室参与进行申报、查新、审核、学术委员会讨论确立为四项技术目标内容和范围，下发给科室责任人任务目标责任书、每月跟踪统计、季度考核、年终评审及奖励等，使四项技术项目在规定的时间和目标质量范围内完成，有效地开创了医院技术管理新模式，成功地打造了医院技术新平台。
In order to achieve a leap in hospital development, Wuxi People＇s Hospital creatively introduced the method of enterprise project management three years ago, and classified its key technologies into hospital-controlled technologies, emblematic technologies, two representative technologies in each department and suitable technologies as the advanced technologies in hospital. The process of project management involved application, novelty search, program design review and the examination of the academic committee. The approved technology projects and their responsibility requirements were notified to the head of the department. Then the projects will receive monthly check, quarterly examination, year-end evaluation and rewarding to guarantee these technologies will be developed in a timely manner. The project management of medical technologies develops a new model for the technology management in hospital, and successfully established a new platform for hospital technologies.
