摘要
研究紫炭黑部分替代炭黑在载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明:在紫炭黑部分替代炭黑的用量小于15份的情况下,随着紫炭黑用量的增大,胶料的120℃门尼焦烧时间延长,压缩生热降低,回弹值增大,邵尔A型硬度减小,耐老化性能提高,其他物理性能基本保持不变;采用10份紫炭黑等量替代炭黑N660用于载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶试验配方中,试验轮胎的耐久性能优于正常生产轮胎。
The partial substitution of carbon black by purple carbon black in shoulder pad of TBR tire was studied.The results showed that,with less than 15 phr of purple carbon black,the Mooney scorch time at 120 ℃ of the compound extended,the compression heat build-up and Shore A hardness decreased,the resilience and anti-aging properties increased,while other physical properties kept unchanged as the purple carbon black proportion increased.With 10 phr of purple carbon blacks replacing equivalent N660,the endurance of experimental tire performed better than normal product.
