摘要
对于煤矿隐伏主过水巷道的快速探查,目前国内外还没有较为有效的手段。由于历史资料的缺失和现有资料的误差,给李家洲煤矿透水主巷道探查工作带来极大困难。通过反复分析、研究,准确定位了埋深约90 m的主过水巷道,并通过水流流速测试和连通试验予以验证,为封堵设计提供了准确的参数。采用深孔模袋灌浆及抛投砂卵石封堵、试探性灌浆、封堵灌浆、加强灌浆,成功实施了主过水巷道的快速有效封堵,证实了主过水巷道定位的准确性,并分析了封堵体的稳定性。可为类似透水事故的快速封堵提供参考。
There is no effective method for rapid detection of the concealed main water topped roadway at present.In the rapid detection of main water topped roadway of water inrush accident of Lijiazhou coal mine,the detection work is difficult to conduct due to the lack of historical data and the error of the current data.Through repeated research and analysis,the main water topped roadway buried at the depth of 90 m is located correctly,which is also verified by the water velocity test and connection experiment,providing accurate parameters for sealing design.The main water topped roadway is sealed rapidly and effectively by using deep-hole mould bag grouting and sealing by throwing and fling sandy pebble,testing grouting,sealing grouting and intensified grouting.The correctness of the location is proved and the stability of sealing body is analyzed,it can provide reference for rapid sealing in the similar water inrush accident.
