Lisfranc关节的相关解剖学及生物力学研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 跖跗关节又称Lisfranc关节,其损伤在临床上并不常见,年发病率约1/55000,主要由高能量的交通伤所致,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。Lisfranc关节既是联系前中足的桥梁,也是足弓的重要组成部分,其损伤对足的外形、负重均会产生严重影响。因此,Lisfranc损伤越来越受到足踝外科医生的关注,关于Lisfranc关节的研究也成为近几年足踝外科的热点。
