带头灯的手术显微镜辅助与开放式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较 被引量:6

摘要 开放式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,由于过多切除腰椎后部结构,常导致术后腰椎不稳并使腰痛加重。随着微创外科技术的发展,各种内镜技术应运而生,但其学习曲线长,对术者手术技巧要求高。我科近年来开展了带头灯的手术屁微镜辅助显微外科髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症。
