摘要
为提高教学质量，培养合格人才，增加毕业生的就业率，提高学院的核心竞争力。高等职业院校需把工作重点放在提高教学质量上。借鉴ISO9001质量管理体系，本文提倡“三全一多样”的教学质量管理指导思想，并对如何实施并建立教学质量保障体系进行了探索。
To improve the quality of teaching, train of qualified personnel, increase the employment rate and improve the collage＇s core competitiveness. Higher vocational institutions need to focus on improving teaching quality. Learn from ISO9001 quality management system, this paper advocates the ＂three-wide a variety ＂teaching quality management guidelines, and explores on how to implement and establish the teaching quality assurance system.
