摘要 城市供水系统所处自然环境的不可控性、城市供水安全所处社会环境的复杂性、城市供水系统在经济发展的环境中面临自身与经济发展的不同步性构成了城市供水安全的三大影响因子。借用生态学中的脆弱性评价方法计算影响因子的评价指数,依据脆弱性评价方法来依次进行评价因子的矩阵模型构建、设定各指标因素的权重、依据模型进行综合性数字脆弱性评价、归一化处理,得出具有可比性的综合评价结果等程序来对城市供水安全进行脆弱性评价。 Urban water supply system in which the natural environment is not controllable,urban water supply safe social environment in which the complexity of urban water supply system in the face of economic development,environment and economic development itself does not constitute a synchronization of the three effects of urban water supply security factor.Borrow ecology vulnerability assessment evaluation of the impact factor is calculated index,based on vulnerability assessment methods in order to evaluate the factor matrix modeling,set the weight factor of each index,based on a comprehensive model of digital vulnerability assessment,in the final a treatment,to arrive at a comprehensive evaluation of the results comparable to the urban water supply safety procedures for vulnerability assessment.
