摘要
景德镇发展陶瓷文化创意产业的重要一环就是培养相应的创业人才。本文通过分析陶瓷文化创意产业创业人才所需具备的素质提出了该产业创业人才的培养模式:即建立科学的创业课程体系及创业能力培养体系。
The important part of Jingdezhen Ceramic cultural and creative industries development is to develop appropriate entrepreneurial talent.This paper analyzes the cultural and creative industries ceramics possess the qualities required for entrepreneurship,presented the industry entrepreneurship training model： namely the establishment of scientific and entrepreneurial capacity of business curriculum training system.
