摘要
美国的非营利组织在美国社会的文化教育、技术进步、医疗保健、市场监督、环境保护等方方面面发挥作用,在整个国家经济发展和社会保障中占据着非常重要的位置。考察美国的非营利组织的发展与管理,从中吸取有益的经验做法,有助于加快中国非营利组织的健康发展。
This paper introduces relatively the management of Nonprofit Organization in American.Nonprofit Organization has active functions in promoting social autonomy and harmonizing her relations with the government and its people.In addition,the author gives us some references for developing Nonprofit Organization in China.
