骨髓腔输注的发展及应用 被引量：7

摘要 近些年来，在临床工作中，尤其是在严重创伤或急危重症患者的救治过程中，简单、安全、有效、快速地建立输注通道，直接关系到急诊救治的成功与否。当传统的静脉输注通道变得困难或不可能时，骨髓腔内（Intraosseous，IO）输注技术重新引起了人们的兴趣和关注。该项技术能迅速、可靠地建立输液通道，并且不影响心肺复苏术的实施，为急诊急危重症患者的抢救提供了新的方法，有效的提高了休克抢救及心肺复苏的成功率。
