摘要
讨论了使用高强度闭孔刚性聚甲基丙酰亚胺泡沫(PMI)作为夹芯材料代替蜂窝夹芯材料用于拉脱结构的优缺点,并与NOMEX蜂窝从力学性能、结构效能等方面进行比较。通过合理选择泡沫材料,得出的结果认为在拉脱结构中高强度泡沫力学性能基本能够达到NOMEX蜂窝的水平。通过试验结果和非线性有限元对比分析,验证了高强度泡沫用于拉脱结构的可能性,并对此种拉脱结构的破坏机理进行了研究。
The advantages and disadvantages of the substitute of Honeycomb with closed-cell rigid polymethacrylimide foams in the pull-out structure are discussed.Then it compare it with NOMEX honeycomb in the field of mechanical properties and structure performance.Through chosen the reasonable foam materials,it conclude that the mechanical properties of the rigid polymethacrylimide foams is as good as NOMEX honeycomb.Through test results and numerical simulation,it prove that closed-cell rigid polymethacrylimide foams can be used in this stucture,it also discuss the failure mechanism of the pull-out structure.
