Influence Mechanism of Oxygen Concentration on Heterogeneous Reduction of Nitric Oxide by Char Under High Temperature

摘要 利用高温刚玉管固定床反应器,研究了恒温条件下氧气氛对2种动力煤煤焦与NO异相还原反应的影响规律,以此探讨高温下氧气氛对煤焦还原NO行为的影响机理。实验结果表明,在高温条件下,氧气浓度对C-NO反应的影响也存在临界值,且与低温试验相比,在更低氧浓度时即达到临界值。氧浓度对高挥发分、低灰的煤焦样品的影响作用较为明显;同时,粒径对反应结果也有明显影响,中等粒径的还原效果好于小粒径和大粒径。 Under constant temperature,investigations quantifying the effect of parameters on the reaction of Carbon-NO in the absence and presence of oxygen are carried out with a fixed-bed corundum tube reactor.The mechanisms involved in NO-char heterogeneous reduction are studied with two Chinese dynamic chars.There exists a critical value of inlet oxygen concentration that maximizes NO reduced per gram of carbon consumed.The results also vary with coal ranks and particle sizes;high-volatile and low-ash samples with medium particle size provide the highest degree of NO reduction.
