摘要
介绍了中粮福临门大厦地下防水工程采用混凝土结构自防水与柔性防水层相结合的防水设计,该工程柔性防水层选用两层(3+3)mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材,对穿墙管道、穿墙螺栓以及后浇带等特殊部位则采用了止水钢板和遇水膨胀止水条进行防水处理。
The basement waterproofing technique used in Fulinmen mansion of COFCO is a combination of self-waterproofing of concrete structure and flexible waterproofing layers.The later includes 2 layers of 3 mm SBS modified bitumen membrane.Water-stop steel plate and hydroexpansive strip are used for waterproofing in through-wall sleeves and bolts and after-poured belts.
