摘要
目的探讨完全胃肠外营养(TPN)在外科危重患者中的临床效果及优缺点。方法对2007年1月至2011年1月在我院行完全胃肠外营养治疗后的38例外科危重患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 38例危重患者中治愈35例,自动出院2例,死亡1例。应用TPN治疗过程中均未出现明显的代谢性和感染并发症。结论早期应用TPN对外科危重患者进行营养支持治疗可明显改善普外科危重患者的营养不良状况,提高机体免疫力,促进伤口愈合,减少病情危重程度和死亡率,临床上值得推荐应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and advantage of total parenteral nutrition（TPN） in surgical critically patients. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases of TPN from January 2007 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 38 patients finished the course of TPN, 35 cases recovered after conservative treatment, the other 2 cases were to be automatic discharged from hospital, no metabolic and infectious complication occurred in 38 patients except one died.Conclusion TPN can improve the nutritional status,the immune function and the wound healing in surgical critically patients,decrease the severe level of patients＇ condition and mortality rate.TPN should to be recommend in clinical practice.
