摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合黄疸茵陈口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2010年10月我院收治的新生儿黄疸病例160例,随机分组,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗5d退黄效果明显优于对照组,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合黄疸茵陈口服液治疗新生儿黄疸效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discussion the effect of Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets combined with Huangdan Yinchen oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Selected 160 examples of neonatal jaundice from the January 2008 to the October 2010,radom divides into groups and observed the effect of cure. Results Cure the group 5 days cure the effect obviously and surpass contrast with the group . Statistics of Scripture was remarkable to handle the difference（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets combined with Huangdan Yinchen oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaun- dice has an obvious effect.
