摘要
通过室内实验优选出了适用于塔河油田水平井的水泥浆体系,解决了水泥浆失水及浆体沉降稳定性、自由水等问题。现场施工中,在泥浆性能的调整,扶正器的选择及加法,前置液的使用,减小套管下入阻力及提高水泥浆的顶替效率方面采取了有效措施,提高了水平井的固井质量。
Through plenty of laboratory experiments,a cement slurry system was set up in Tahe oilfield.It successfully solved a lot of problems of horizontal wells such as dehydration,kinetic stability and freeness water.Effective measures were taken during field operation.Through adjusting slurry properties,selecting correct centralizers and using water to replace slurry,the horizontal well cementing operation was carried out successfully in Tahe oilfield.
