摘要
某厂高压聚乙烯装置热风冷却器投用后多次发生泄漏,通过对该冷却器进行宏观检查、微观分析、能谱分析及综合分析,确定了该冷却器失效的主要原因是Cl-富集造成的奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀,同时提出了相应的对策,实施后效果良好。
Leaks took place frequently since the hot air cooler of a LDPE Plant was put into operation.By macro-inspection,micro-analysis,energy spectrum analysis and comprehensive analysis,it's determined that the main reason for cooler failure is the austenitic stainless steel's stress corrosion caused by Cl-enrichment.Relevant countermeasures were put forward,and the result is good after application.
