The Effects of Gluconic Acid Used as Substitute for Antibiotics Feed Additive on Production Performance and Slaughter Characteristics of the Yellow Chicken

摘要 【目的】研究基础日粮中添加葡萄糖酸替代饲用抗生素对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。【方法】将180只1日龄的黄羽肉鸡随机分为5个处理组(每个处理组3个重复,每个重复12只)。分组情况:阳性对照组在基础日粮中添加饲用抗生素(0.3g/kg的那西肽+0.25 g/kg的硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂);阴性对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加1、2和3g/kg的葡萄糖酸。【结果】81 d时各组平均体重分别为2.72、2.66、2.71、2.62、2.81 kg,差异不显著(P>0.05)。8~81 d料重比分别为2.67、2.66、2.65、2.72、2.60,差异不显著(P>0.05),日粮中分别添加1、2、3g/kg的葡萄糖酸替代饲用抗生素,黄羽肉鸡81 d体重、饲料转化率、胴体品质等指标上各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】从黄羽肉鸡81 d体重、料重比、死亡率等指标综合来看,用添加1g/kg葡萄糖酸替代黄羽肉鸡饲用抗生素是可行的。 [ Objective ] An experiment was conducted to study the effects of gluconie acid replacing antibiotics in diet on production performance, slaughter characteristics of the yellow chicken. [ Method] One hun- dred- eighty- one -day- old yellow chicken were randomized into two control groups and three trial groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate. The positive control group was fed with diet supple- mented with antibiotics (0.3 g/kg Nosiheptide + 0.25 g/kg Colistin sulfate premix). The negative control group was fed with basal diet. Birds in the trial group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with diet supplemented with 1,2, 3 g/kg gluconic acid respectively. [ Result] The average weight (kg) of 81 - day - old chicken in each group was 2.72, 2.66, 2.71, 2.62 and 2.81, and there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) among the groups. The feed conversion ratios of the whole period were not significantly different from those with 2.67, 2.66, 2.65, 2.72 and 2.60, respectively (P 〉 0.05). The results showed that there were no significant differences (P 〉 0.05 ) among the birds fed with diets supplemented with gluconic acid of 1,2, 3 g/kg substituting feed antibiotic additive compared with birds in control groups in terms of the body weight, feed con- version, other indicators of carcass quality of the 81 d chicken. [ Conclusion ] The evaluation of 81d finish body weight, feed intake to body weight ratio and death rate of the chicken showed that using substituted antibiotic feed additive with 1 g/kg gluconie acid is suitable in the diet of yellow chicken.
