摘要
采用水相合成法合成了Mn2+掺杂CdTe量子点(Mn:CdTe d-dots).通过荧光光谱(PL)分析、原子力显微镜(AFM)和X线粉末衍射(XRD)分析、电子能谱(EDS)分析对产物进行了表征.研究了反应时间、温度、Mn2+掺杂量、pH值及巯基丙酸(MPA)与镉离子的比例对掺杂量子点发光性能的影响.结果表明:反应时间、温度、pH、MPA与Cd2+的比例对量子点的粒径大小、粒径的分布和粒子的生长速度均有影响;Mn2+的掺杂主要影响量子点的发光性能及热稳定性.本实验通过在CdTe量子点中掺杂Mn2+,进一步改良CdTe的发光性能及热稳定性,扩大了量子点的应用范围.
Mn-doped CdTe quantum dots(Mn:CdTe d-dots) were synthesized in the water.The products were characterized by photoluminescence spectra(PL),atomic force microscope(AFM),X ray powder diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The conditions,such as the reaction time,temperature,Mn2+ doped quantity,pH and the molar ratio of MPA and Cd2+,were studied.Experimental results showed that: the reaction time,temperature,pH,the molar ratio of MPA and Cd2+ had influenced on the particle size of doped quantum dots,size distribution and the rate of growth;the quantity of Mn2+ had great effect on the property of fluorescence and the thermal stability.In experiment,quantum dots of CdTe were doped by Mn2+,it further improved the property of fluorescence and the thermal stability of the CdTe QDs and expanded the appilcation range of the quantum dots.
