摘要
目的了解南京中医药大学本科护生的专业认同和个人职业生涯规划情况影响因素及其相关性。方法 2010年12月至2011年1月,采用问卷法对南京中医药大学护理学院的391名本科护生的专业认同与个人职业生涯规划进行调查。结果本科护生专业认同、个人职业生涯规划均处于一般水平,年级、就读原因等是专业认同和个人职业生涯规划的影响因素。专业认同程度与个人职业生涯规划水平呈正相关(r=0.410,P<0.01)。结论本科护生的教育应注重增进专业认同的指导,帮助护生解决个人职业生涯规划中存在的问题,提高护生个人职业生涯规划水平。
Objective To explore the nursing undergraduates professional identification and personal career planning status and their correlation.Methods From December 2010 to January 2011,391 nursing undergraduates from Nursing School of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated with questionnaires.Results Both professional identification degree and personal career planning level of the undergraduate nursing students were in the general level.Grades,reasons to study nursing were influencing factors of professional identification degree and personal career levels.Professional identification degree and personal career planning level was positively correlated(r=0.410,P0.001).Conclusion Nursing education should attach importance to enhancing the guidance of professional identification,helping nursing students overcome their personal career planning problems and improving nursing students' level of individual career planning.
